1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LevelHER Aesthetics LLC
("LevelHER Aesthetics," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of www.levelhermakeovers.com
and our Services.
By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or
use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services.

3. The Services
The Aesthetic Makeover is a personalized digital service focused on improving your appearance
without surgery. You decide whether to follow at-home routines, explore med-spa options, or combine
both.
The Aesthetic Report includes five reports: four analyses and The Aesthetic Edit, which is provided as a
downloadable PDF.
Recommendations may include at-home routines, products, holistic regimens, advanced med-spa
treatments, and local providers.

To receive your report, you must upload bare-faced photos and body photos and share your primary
aesthetic goals. Photos should be taken in natural daylight, with bare skin and hair pulled back, and
give a clear, unobstructed view of your features and bone structure.
The quality of your analyses depends on the photos and information you provide. You are responsible
for submitting accurate information.
You confirm that you have the right to submit each photo and that each photo shows you. You allow us
to use your photos and information as needed to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy
Policy.
5. Delivery
Your complete report will be available to download within 3 to 5 business days after you submit your
assessment form.
If your photos must be resubmitted, the delivery period restarts.
6. Follow-Up Support
Follow-up support lets you ask questions about your report, adjust a routine, or swap a recommended
product or treatment so it better suits your skin, budget, and lifestyle. Support is provided by Ada and
the Aesthetic Concierge.
Follow-up support is included with your Aesthetic Report for 30 days. This period starts once your
Aesthetic Makeover is published and available to you.

7. Fees and Payment
Buy Now, Pay Later is available through Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. Any financing you choose is
subject to that provider's own terms.
8. The Aesthetic Review and Lifetime Access
The Aesthetic Review is optional and does not begin automatically. You may buy it in your client portal
as a one-time follow-up or a monthly subscription, and you may cancel a subscription at any time.
If you sign up for the monthly subscription, you will be charged each month until you cancel. You can
cancel inside the client portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future charges, and you

Whether or not you buy The Aesthetic Review, you keep lifetime access to your messages with us, The
Aesthetic Edit, and your downloadable Aesthetic Report as long as you log in at least once every 12
months. After 12 months without a login, we delete your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Lifetime access also ends if the business closes or your account is suspended, so we recommend
downloading your reports immediately.
9. All Sales Final
Because our digital analyses and personalized visual edits are custom and labor-intensive, all sales are
final. If you need changes, additional adjustments, or routine guidance, the Aesthetic Concierge is
available to assist and refine your results.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
This policy applies to Aesthetic Report and Aesthetic Review fees, including monthly subscription fees
already paid.
10. Technical and File Access Issues
If you have a technical or file access issue, notify us at hello@levelhermakeovers.com. We will resolve
the issue within 1 to 2 business days of your notice.
11. Nature of Our Recommendations
The Services do not require surgery, and you choose which recommendations to follow.
The Services provide aesthetic information and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a qualified professional before starting a treatment or product if you have a medical or skin
condition, allergy, or other concern.
Ada is a beauty consultant with 8 years of experience.
12. Visual Previews and Results
The Aesthetic Edit uses your photos to show a preview of your appearance after following our
recommendations.
Visual previews are illustrations, and results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that you
will achieve the results shown or any particular outcome.
13. Third-Party Products and Providers
We may recommend products and local med-spa providers. A "vetted" provider is one that we
recommend or that a client has recommended to us. You decide whether to buy from or use any
recommended business.
Third parties are responsible for their own products, treatments, prices, and availability. Any agreement
you make with them is between you and that third party.

14. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Our website, report formats, analyses, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may
use your report and Aesthetic Edit for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell or
republish them without our written permission.
15. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or close your account at our discretion, including if we determine that you submitted
fraudulent photos.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for
indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in
the 12 months before the claim.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a revised "Last updated"
date.
