This Privacy Policy explains how LevelHER Aesthetics LLC ("LevelHER Aesthetics," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit www.levelhermakeovers.com or use our services.

Our services (the "Services") include The Aesthetic Makeover, The Aesthetic Report, The Aesthetic Edit, the interactive visualizer, your downloadable PDF, your account, our follow-up support, and The Aesthetic Review.

Our Services involve photos of you and detailed analysis of your appearance. Please read this Policy carefully before uploading any photos.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Photos	Bare-faced photos, ideally taken in natural daylight with bare skin and hair pulled back, showing a clear view of your features and bone structure. This also includes body photos and any progress photos you send us.
Assessment information	Your primary aesthetic goals and the other answers you give on our assessment form.
Follow-up information	Your questions, routine adjustment requests, product or treatment swap requests, and details you share about your skin, budget, and lifestyle.
Account information	The information needed to create and access your account.
Purchase information	Details of your purchases and payment method.
Communications	Messages you exchange with us, including Ada and the Aesthetic Concierge.

Information we create about you

We use your photos and intake information to create:

• Facial Analysis: your face shape, structural symmetry, facial characteristics, and measurements of your temples, cheekbones, nose, lips, chin, and jaw.

• Skin Analysis: scores for skin health, texture, radiance, firmness, and oiliness, plus metrics for fine lines, dark circles, hydration, pigmentation, and primary concerns.

• Color Analysis: your undertone, seasonal color type, signature palette, and color

recommendations for clothing, accents, hair, and jewelry metals.

• Makeup Analysis: recommended makeup techniques and placements for you.

• The Aesthetic Edit: before-and-after preview images, enhancement recommendations, and your

PDF.

• Support records: follow-up notes and routine or recommendation changes.

Sensitive information

Facial photos, facial measurements, and skin-related information may be treated as sensitive, biometric, or health-related data under some laws.

Before you upload photos, we ask for your express consent on our assessment form. This consent covers collecting and analyzing your photos, facial measurements, and skin information to provide the Services. You may withdraw it by asking us to delete your information.

Information collected automatically

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and client portal and to understand how they are used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled. We do not use advertising pixels.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• assess your features and prepare your Facial, Skin, Color, and Makeup Analyses;

• generate your personalized visual preview and The Aesthetic Edit;

• recommend at-home routines, products, holistic regimens, and med-spa options;

• deliver your report and give you access to your account and PDF;

• answer your questions and adjust your routines, products, or treatment recommendations;

• provide follow-up support and, if you purchase it, The Aesthetic Review;

• process purchases and manage cancellations; and

• resolve technical and file access issues.

We use your images or other client information for marketing, testimonials, or AI training only with your consent. This consent is optional and separate from the consent needed to provide the Services. You may withdraw it for future use at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with the people and providers that help us deliver the Services. We do not pass client information to the med-spas or other local providers we recommend.

The LevelHER team and the technology providers that support our Services	Preparing your report, providing support, and operating our systems.
Jotform	Assessment forms and the information submitted through them.
Private client portal provider	Client accounts, messages, and report delivery.
AI, editing, hosting, and analytics tools	Preparing, storing, and delivering the Services. We use multiple tools, and any AI tools we use can see your photos. Your images are not used to train AI without your consent.
Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and other payment providers	Processing your payment or financing request.
Legal authorities and other parties, where required	Complying with the law or legal process, and protecting our rights or the safety of others.
A buyer or successor	A merger, sale, or transfer of our business. Your information remains subject to this Policy unless we notify you otherwise.

If you contact a recommended provider or buy a recommended product yourself, that business handles your information under its own practices.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information, including your photos, analyses, reports, and messages, until you ask us to delete it or until 12 months have passed since you last logged in to your account, whichever comes first. After 12 months without a login, we delete your information, including the materials covered by lifetime access.

You may also request deletion at any time. Deleted materials can no longer be accessed through your account, so please download anything you want to keep.

6. Data Security

We use Jotform for our assessment forms and a private client portal for client accounts. We have turned on form encryption and two-factor authentication in our Jotform account, and Jotform states that its forms use 256-bit SSL connections. You can read more on the Jotform security page. Our private client portal runs on a platform that has completed SOC 2 Type II audits and encrypts data in transit and at rest.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You decide which photos and details to submit, although we need clear, unobstructed photos to prepare your analyses. You may also cancel an Aesthetic Review subscription at any time.

Ending The Aesthetic Review does not by itself end your access or delete your information. Deletion happens when you request it or after 12 months without a login.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
